You posted at day 4 or 3 i posted at end of day 6 almost the full week. Besides GM's know i respect them i just wish they would keep us a bit up to date

lol, don't bring this up again. basically, when you're answering the phone and you put the caller on hold. you have to get back to him every 30~60sec. otherwise you'll be label as "bad customer service". I think this follows the same logic. and I don't see there's anything wrong on requesting a info update on day 4.
