Gms should really hire some players to solve tickets, (hire for free, or monthly RE based on how many tickets he solved! )
I'm pretty sure Kador meets the skill to do it, and also pretty sure he would solve all tickets by himself

Since I don't play in game at the moment, I can volunteer to be a forum moderator, for free, as I visit and check posts here multiple times a day. There obviously aren't enough of them.
I have experience as I have been a moderator on other gameserver forums and I currently administrate my clan's ( Unified Mafia's ) forum.
