I'll be good with Vyseus' balancing when I'll have something like
Vys = 17
Yllse = 17
Zypern = 17

Note that you can move to Vyseus with some friend of yours and attack Zypern in wars. Nobody forces the whole nation of Vyseus to only focus on Yllse

Well RKCK didn't want to exchange and you didn't find someone to exchange with meanwhile (breton doesn't match) so I don't see why he should be exchanged.

At the local war there are alliance btw Vyseus and Zypern, Vyseus always go help def inside Zypern, and also go help their attack team, ressing them and helping to coordinate attack.

RKCK ddnt wanted to get exchanged because you took a entire life to solve this ticket. If had fast support, as we deserve and it must be, for sure this exchange could have been done in a couple days.
Now explain me how breton doesnt match? bad for vyseus to have a d3 active thief and lose d2 a player who quit til get exchanged?

No one attacks vys first because theres 1 person (I usually join after zyp loses on a vys char cause I play for pk not hit stone) it can be completely different if all nations were equal in numbers. Pretty sure most nations would play wars to win not for alliances, that's what dungeons are for. If theres 5 vys 10 zyp and 22 yllse in war, most zyps will be defending and most yllse be attacking and if vys were to go attack zyp then there would be alot of crossfire so it's better to attack yllse for them

I have seen wars where Vyseus people attacked Zypern while Yllse was still alive...
And as I told like 5 times already, YLLSE PEOPLE WHO ARE GOIN TO VYSEUS AREN'T FORCED TO ATTACK YLLSE ONLY IN THE WARS.

I know when I'm in vys I'll be attacking whoever gives me the best chance at winning the war, which means I'll try to be convincing other vys to do the same. Some wars it would be yllse first and others would be zyp first depends whos online and who went to war
