They active in lvling, and working hour in your time zone i will say. It's like 2x vys in war if it's a gd time slot for them.

That's y i always say that there should be some changes in war/maze time. lol

jesse wrote:So by logic tamporary Free Transfer still allows players jumping around to whichever nation they desire, and still under controll once its going out of balance, and better than permanently transfer open, which has no controll at all.

But people are not allowed to jump to whichever nation they desire. Only from Yllse to other nations. Your logic simply doesn't apply in this case. Transferring people to Zypern balances things only between 2 nations, but this game has 3 nations, that's the whole point here ( this is like the 3rd time I mention this ).
Here I'll draw a picture for you:

Why do you use liquids in squares to describe players that are individually different, they all with different levels, duals and skills. Numbers and quantity doesnt apply to our nation transfer.

he didnt specify if those were number of individuals the liquid could just be overall balance of a nation

it was poorly presented and his data was incorrectly labeled, id give him a C at best

This isn't an official paper, Kid, rofl.

I just made a picture since you seemed to not be getting my point. The liquid represents the overall power/balance of a nation. Combination of numbers, level, rares, activity, everything you can think of, mainly judging by war results. I cannot speak for maze results as I rarely visit them. My bad, I didn't explain that part.

I give u a C+ just for the time and effort u spent to make the picture. ;)
And the combination of numbers and level and everything we can think of, will need to be written into the migration tickets for the GMs to process, during this migration period.
