Hello players,

The player in question was banned for editing/modifying a file that was detected by the system. The general rules are that modification is strictly forbidden but THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS OF COURSE. The file in question, STILL NEEDS TO BE LOOKED at to see what it affects. If it is found to be SOMETHING MINIMAL such as a monster spell (Pcloud, icestorm, etc.), the ban will probably be readjusted/LIFTED.

If GM does not stick to there own TOS thats there right , not a players right.
TOS does not have the "but THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS OF COURSE" part.

Deletion of PCLOUD its allowed by GMs and this dont give any kinda of rights to a single player to call magusxxx as a cheater/hacker/editer. Not enuff motive to perm ban him. It doesnt have any sense at all that everyone come acusse him and comment if he deserve permanent ban or not.
When GMNyx finally check logs 100% sure he gonna unban this character, so sad only GMNyx MUST do it .

As i remember, some other servers allow player to del the pcloud file, coz many players said too lag in vd leveling.
Anyway, just relax and wait what GM do and answer!!

Personally I think PCloud is a shit effect that does more harm then good. It lags people out regularly and makes leveling in VD an annoying experience. With it in effect, you don't see what is happening in the pit 80% of the time. You don't know if the tank moves until mobs kill your line. You don't see most of the drops either. With PCloud it's no wonder people afk level.

As for magus, I don't know him well. We have talked from time to time and he seems knowledgable and obviously likes the game, but that doesn't make me cry out "HE NEVER HACKED OR EDITED" like a lot of you, because, like ALL of you I am not in his room watching him play the game so I cannot be 100% sure. I do expect the GM's to share their findings with the community when they have completed their investigation.

Until then I will laugh at the people saying things like... "I have my conscience clear man and i know im not hacker and NEVER edited itens to get advantage in pvp or leveling... then stop talk shit, coz u dont know half of history." - (BOCKLOVE), when I see that... Pcloud's problem is that the sprite is laggy. Perhaps the GMs could change it to make it less laggy or something.

In any case it doesn't matter, he edited a file while knowing it's forbidden ( editing game files to gain an advantage ), he should stay banned, wise up and make a new account. Please don't go soft and issue out temporary bans for such idiotic actions, dear GMs.
