GMNyx is developing the website and he has trouble connecting to FTP servers from his house (router restrictions that he cannot access), making it harder to fix/test the current plugin issues for displaying news and such.

You will see them pop up every once in a while. If they were on the forums too often I would be concerned about site/game developement. As if most people weren't already.
