About OverLorD, you're right, he's a big troublemaker, you should just ignore him.
Also, I sometimes insult Zypern people in war when they try to use cheap tactics and fail, but people shouldn't take such foolish things seriously, it's just a little fun in a game.

On topic:
The three nations will never be balanced, but I'd say Zyp and Yllse are mostly balanced compared to each other, just need to motivate your players more to join the war.

how can they be motivated to play, if they`re tickets are not improved, most of them waiting items what they lose by hackers, without them they sucks in war, thats why they not playing, all can see what happen on this server, GM`s not really supporting it, they doing some shits what are not really important, i think its not anything more important than happy players, but they does not understand it.

There are usually 2-3 Zypern attacking.

Gabriel , bbkill, redim , cellskw , wednesday , elmaa , thevine and much more that i dont know .. there alot of attacker . just they didnt show up .. why dont u motivate them to join war?

imo, zypern have to much wizard... less thief/archer makes attacker team weak..

Ahem, Redim never on, and all these never join war in same time.
Usually what you have in attack are only 3 in this list : (Gabriel, bbkill, wednesday, elmaa, sarahe), they don't all join same wars, we barely, very barely have more than 3.

Also I find funny that Sv1R cries so much and wants quit while his ticket is a low priority ticket and won't be solved before more important tickets.
