What is wrong with Saturday/Lag

These two go very well together I noticed, every Saturday, before BM it's impossible to play, people deal Damage on me and I see them after 2-3 seconds delay. Take a look into this. ty

No, I can feel it on my Chara. it's not working smoothy like it should, also the Ping has crazy Up's, and Down's which is not the fact when I have a good Ping. The gameplay feels rusty.
