im sure the decision to reset all password will make the great lost of the community. this server has launched about 10 months, u think people has great memory like u to remember email/second password? many issue not only forgot email/password,also some of people include me was playing a fren account which they quit long time and don interfere any more in DR. how i could find them back? im losing patience coz many of my fren quit, i feel meaningless to stay on even u solve my case. why suddenly like this? causing trouble for us even for urself?

For the 4th time, we said make a ticket if you don't know your e-mail (Given to you, forgot, or otherwise you used an invalid e-mail. There is no point arguing about what should've been done.
