Can not log on to the main page to donate

I can correctly log in to the game with my usr id and PW. But can't log on to the main page with the same id and PW. How does this happen? I have already summit a ticket but nothing solved.

Don't use internet explorer. Use firefox.

ive tried logging in am i supposed to use my forum login or my game account because none of them are working.....

Are you using internet explorer? I had the same problem. Had to use Firefox...

Something we will have to look into.

You can log into your other accounts to purchase RE, then trade it to your main character.
