OMG! ALL grade rares changed to 100%?!

A Maintenance is scheduled on Monday 26/04/2010 at 16:00:00 ServerTime.

Changelog of the fixes:
- Item Mall added
- In-game Mall Prices have been changed
- Fixed some crashes
- Fixed some hack exploits
- Changed ALL grade rares to be 100% success rate when combined

is dbl rare included in that "ALL"?

so if the combing isn't 100%, will the books work to give it 100% to say make a g5 combined? like to make a g2 combined, is it still 100% up to g5? then starts going down, or what... hows this work now...
