Orcs, Man scorp, and etin in Vyseus (I'm not sure about other nations). they're used to make double rares.

about different drop rates, ive found over 20 of em at orcs at the start of another server in the past in sedness but never from etin or ms (Y)

I thought each nation had different monsters that drop it? Or maybe it's just by maps? I'm not too sure.
