That'd be cool, or atleast increased to 70-80% since at the moment it's like 30-50% when creating items of your own level.
Imo the current job system is pretty nice, it adds a lot more value to being a GM in a job now. The only thing I'm concerned about is that veins/trees in main cities will be empty all the time unless the amount of resources that can be gained from them gets increased by atleast 5 times or just make em infinite.
Also secondary job rewards need some tweaks i think, the crit rewards were higher for mining than for blacksmithing for example, it should be the other way around.
