Speed Question

I would like an answer preferably from a GM.

My question is: Is there a limit on the running speed of a character? If so, what value is it and is it dependent on the class?

The reason I ask is because I would like to know if there is a limit on speed when wizards wear DEX required shoes and cast haste.

Interesting question. All I know is that a mage with Harper Shoes + haste is faster than a thief in Blessed Shoes. If I were to guess at a possible cap my guess would be the movement power on the D3 thief shoes. But I have no idea if there is an actual cap.

The limit speed per caracter is the best shoes they can wear with their stats....

He means of any character I think. Like if a D4 thief could use haste, would it cap or would he be like lightning?

currently there's no "limit" so you can use speed rares + best shoe to get max speed
