We are very disappointed that GMs are TOO MUCH involved in what users should decide like migration in this case. You can't just limit our options just because you want to do something with Castle War. It's our choice which nation we would play in.
=> We are not limiting your options to choose in which nation you want to play, you can still request a nation transfer from the Support Desk. We just want to control the migration flows and try to balance Vyseus.
We all have been noticed firmly that GMs play in Zypern and they have used their authority for their own advantage anyways, but things are getting worse so we can't stand anymore.
like when zyp uses request something, it would be taken care of next day. when others ask, it's not even answered/considered
=> This is a strong accusation, I'd like you give proof of what you are saying before accusing any member of my team.
As for the Big Maze scenario, it is not a bug that the last floor's phase gets resumed when a player walks into the floor. It is how it has been intended from it's original server's patch.
The Big Maze Quest is intended to be finished with all three nations' users' cooperation to proceed together. But GM (one of the players who were in the BIg Maze apparently) suddenly walked in and moved all chars to the last floor.
=> It's a bug, Dragon is not meant to be respawned when someone enters the portal after it has spawned. Abusing of that is bug abuse.
PK ON/OFF setting at scenario was never in the right track. If it has been announced, it should work the way it's announced. There is no certain rule for the setting, but it changes as zypern users are advantaged.
=> It works as it has always worked and nobody has complained about it when it was still active 2 years ago. Quests are biweekly PK on/off. If for example, Abyss of Tuesday is PK on, the next week the Abyss of Tuesday is off. There is however something that seems to mess with it since last week and I will have a check during next maintenance, the on/off value in database seems to be wrongly updated.
First, the characters that moved to Vys are only few of us who planned to work on jobs / wars in there. but now you blocked the way to move nations, Our characters both in Yllse/Vys are all just stranded now.
=> Why would you move them there if you want to come back in Yllse right after?
Second, It will make the whole server more unbalanced.
This would just seperate the force that was previously in yllse-resulting in even more unbalanced nation force- considering no one would come to vys from zyp anyways so they get more advantage by this decision.
=> This we will see and I'll try to make people move around according to war results.
But I'd rather see people in Vyseus instead of Yllse for two reasons :
1. Lots of gameplay elements are simply between Vyseus & Zypern (Castle & Snow War for example).
2. New players often join Yllse instead of Vyseus/Zypern. (that's what stats tend to show)
Just getting rid of Application of Exile item without any announcement in advance is just not reasonable.
=> It was not announced in advance to avoid people from making stockpiles of the Application of Exile item.
Apparently, It's a well known factor that GMs have a close relationship and ARE favorable towards Zypern users. but this sort of obvious FAVORITISM towards one side will just ruin the whole game. We insist you to stop.
=> Again, as I've said above, show us a strong proof of your accusation. I won't accept any of my GMs giving advantage to someone, nor will I accept players making false accusations.
We are sick and tired of that favoritism towards a certain group of users.

Because We believe GMs' decision as to migration rule this time is very unreasonable, and has taken effect WITHOUT any announcement IN ADVANCE,
- We want you to move the rest of our characters remaining in yllse to vys with no charge.
Or
- If we had known about the migration item removal, we would never move to vys. As to this reason, move back all characters that were currently moved to Vys to Yllse with a full refund on the migration item.

They can check for AFK levelers and report/warn them
