Before anything else, our Harassment rules have been made to prevent people from ruining other player's experience.
Although the rules are controversial and may have many ways to interpret, It's meaning is very clear: make sure everyone enjoy the game.
When a player, (or as in this case, a group of players) find a way to ruin other people's experience, It's my duty to make an Intervention. This topic is about an obvious act of harassment, via a group of players taking turns whike PKing a certain group of players with no intention other than ruining their experience.
This came up to a level that I must do something.

And I will start with a warning:
Please do NOT keep on harassing people in game.

This warning has an informative intention, just to let you know you are about to cross the line. This comes with no actual punishment yet.
Keep in mind that you and your friends are still free to PK whoever you want, wherever you want. Just try to do it in a way that both sides may have fun, without harassing anyone.
Do it on a reasonable way.
I will inform this in game to each of the players involved on this harassment issue.

Where do you see this act as a harassment? These yllse players PK vys players and trying to protect themselves with harassment rules. Their hands are not clean themselves. And I can tell you I am nowhere near the line you are talking about, because they either pked or verbally insulted me while saying "no pk". Harassment rules clearly stated that if one's hands are not clean, its viewed as normally pk. Vyseus players like the group of Korean like TEZ, FARIS, CCK, or other players like Ladycaca, waterdragon all get pked by the so called "innocent pkers", they just don't cry on forums like the "innocent pkers" do. You better listen to both sides or check the log, and show the so called "bad pkers" the evidence before you make any decision.
