AFK Leveling

May I ask why players will no longer be permanently banned for AFK leveling? Doesn't this encourage people to AFK level since they won't get permanently banned? Why such relaxed rules? I'm pretty sure players are not getting rolled back either.

Oh and why were people unbanned for it as well? Curious what brought this to the surface.

Perma ban for AFK Level is kinda too much imho.
But Rolling back their Level / Tatics to the Original, plus a 10% decrease would be good to not encourage people, but still not encourage quitting...

AFK Leveling is not as bad as Hacking/Editing...

First of all, I have always wanted to unban those who were banned permanently for AFK Leveling and change the rule so the more you do it, the more you get punished but you never get permanently banned.
But what made me do it for real is a ticket made by COM, nearly one year after his ban, asking me to unban him.

To add to that, only a handful of players were even banned permanently for it. We do have adjusted the rules to still discourage this behavior, punishments are now applied exponential as you can read in the ingame rules topic.
