Why isnt anyone from eternal darkness guild on bann?

GMSP you told me that there are 2 or more person for Eternal Darkness who abused bugg im still waiting on there names.... just as you could notify us why not the others or maybe you are hiding them I may never know but what I do know that by using this seem bugg which was there long ago someone got D4 in your same guild I wonder why he is not on list?? N i also want my ticket solve it been months and my rare not in bag
