Butcher quest text bugs

Found some bugs in the npc quest text while doing some butcher quests.
20 animal skins + 20 low animal skins quest: After talking to the quest guy again he only says: "Bring me the skins"
So if you forgot what the quest was there's no way to know what to do.
20 orc skins + 20 lizard skins quest: After talking to the quest guy again he says: "Hurry bringing the nutmeg and skins plz"
Again there's no telling what to do.
40 orc skins quest: Quest helper shows 20 skins, but questgiver asks for 40.
