It would be usefull if there was more information..
- How do you know you can't whisper, getting any errors?
- Is the person you try to whisper online
- Is the person you try to whisper in the same or another map?

tried on an online person
didnt get any purple message
he was in another map
btw party chat dont work when in another map

for me only 50%, for some of players if i wanna whisper it dun work they dont have off them
