Didnt receive the 100 points for turning d1 into d2

I believe this happened to everyone who tried this week

Hmm I don't see how a such thing could happen as we haven't touched anything regarding the Dual Classes. Just to be sure, you know the points are put automatically into your stats, right?

Yes it happened... and not just me, I actually know two other people who experienced the same issue.

ps.... another guild member of mine...experienced the same issue....

he was CC into D1 and he didnt get any extra points either...

that's what i though, but really happened at my guildmate too, he from CC to D1 but don't hv point added, and already told him to make a ticket also...

maybe some changing make crash with the point adding script...

i can confirm this as our 2 guildmates have the same problem when going from cc to dc1

Yes, it's as Thomas said. The characters Icestyle and Plaks also have this problem.

This is a critical bug to us as we cannot wear any of our dual class equipment because of it. Plaks cannot even wear a decent pair of shoes or cap.
My support ticket is #744197.

I was thinking that a simple solution would be to give all people with the bug a free stats reset scroll ( untradable ) OR simply give them 100 free stat points until you find the bug and fix it properly.

I hope this gets fixed asap. Me and Plaks have no motivation to play until then.

Same goes for our guildmate going from d2 to d3 today...
Anyways, ticket opened, and patiently waiting ^^
