did u realy make them or bought them? and did u log out before u tried talking to the npc?

Just to make sure. Did you craft these? All items the NPC will ask for need to be crafted using the skill. You can not buy the items from the shop and turn them in.

i buy thread and Orc skin for make Silk , after i buy orc skin and with silk i make Heart Breakers.

This may be the cause of the problem. If its possible, could you take the extra time to gather the skins instead of buying them? If anyone has further information on this, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

ok but Orc disapear imediatly after die .can't take skin .

There is typo, actually it needs 30 items, not 20.

Yeah I did this quest no problem, but I don't remember the actual amount.
And yes, once the game goes live, you will have to increase the despawn time on Orcs. I posted that somewhere else.
