dr on vm

is ther a problom whan i try to start the game on vmware ? coz its just do not start the game.....

This is not a Dragon Raja related bug, but more likely to be faulty network settings.

on my work pcs i can't put the game on my normal pc, must use vm.
and most of my pc are from work.

Playing dragonraja in vmware is much better imo. First of all playing dr full screen on a 20+ inch monitor or flatscreen looks ridiculous. Secondly, you don't always have to change from 32 to 16bit all the time to play in windowed. And thirdly the game doesn't 'freeze' when you alt tab or move to another window.

client works in window mode 32 bit. its one of the upgrades we did

That is probably because you are using a HDMI connection on your monitor/tv, then the resolution re-scaling takes an aweful lot of time, I know I have the same problem.
You should try to turn on GPU scaling from ur nvidia control panel or ati catalyst control center if you can, then it will be nearly instant
