Incorrect Password on a new account?

I made a new account, password is incorrect, same with one i made a week ago. I havnt been hacked for ive never been INgame yet.
Yes, i have a ticket:
ticket #672174.

As GMSignpainter mentioned in the ticket few days ago, logins are case sensitive.
For example, you have to use:
Anixs
and not,
anixs or it will say pw incorrect.
There is nothing wrong with the accounts, I just tested them and it works perfectly.

I had same kind of problem 1 month ago, thou i had a change to log in with my bank account and after i made some transfer and stuff i wanted to relog, but error occured and it said i got wrong pw. I sended a ticked and GMs gave me new pw, but it worked once and after that, again i got pw error at loggin, Then GMs gave me new pw second time, but this time my bank accs were wiped

Out of curiousity, how can you test(I assume you tried to log in with the account) another player's account if you only got access to his password in a hash value?

He gave us his PW for testing in the ticket
