It's pretty easy to fix actually, but i will wait a few hour that GMPSIPRESS come by and tell you to run it as an admin.

If you're going to help a player, help them. If you want to bounce off snide comments on the GM team, use the PM function. I personally don't know a thing about technical stuff so I can't help much here.

Anyway, to fix your probleme, you need to uninstall and reinstall, it will solve it. thx.

I don't know about this problem, but after using google and reading one of the first search results for 10 seconds I realised it has something to do with corrupt registry entities, which happens when software is installed/uninstalled unfinished/uncompletely/corruptedly.
So yea reinstalling should probably fix it.
