ping should be around 200-400 ms for HK players after server move

as far as i know malay connection is better then hk/cn connection so they proly get better delay aswell

200-300 which most of HK would land on is perfectly fine for DR. We dont know about malaysians since speeds vary alot based on district you live in

my guesse is to the netherlands and that would benefit everyone except maybe lil more delay for the french
