Make sure to use the Updater.exe found in your Dragon Raja Global Folder.
Let me know if you have any further problems.

I encountered the same trouble. The program kept warning me that the version was no up-to-date and did not allow me to log in. However, I have already run the updater and it informed me that no more update available.
Any suggestion?

Delete client.ver in your client folder and run updater.exe again

Forgot to open it as administrator (duh im a retard)
now it says the server isnt up yet, but i think thats correct tho
