can not get updater to work

my updater will not work b/c it says "this app has failed b/c of it side-by-side configution" so does any 1 have adivise or a solution.?

try installing the visual c++ redist pack
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=enit "should" work... in theory.
