Game is charging me twice

Hello,
I have received a call from my bank telling me that I have been charged twice for a couple of transactions made on the app but haven't been refunded. It's been happening for some time and they wanted to check what is going on.
Around 30 minutes ago, I decided to get the investments up to lvl.90 and again I got charged twice(that's when I received the call).
Please look into this and let me know what we should do next.
