Server Disconnected

Unable to pass from the login panel, as it always says server disconnected. I tried to vpn and it works but the speed seems to be too slow. I checked my network settings and my network speed. It was on the fine tune. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game too, but the same problem of "server disconnected" . Then I installed the game Dragon Raja SEA too, it works for 1 hour and the next time I login, it also says " server disconnected". Kindly Help me. My ign - WwhiteReaper, server -s30 (((
