black screen at customizing character

phone :galaxy S5
Ram : 2gb
internal storage : 16
i downloaded and it works good unti i get to the customization screen of where it shows blackmeans i cant see the characters or the modifications i did. as you can see in the attachment file i can proceed and play the game normally but it effected on later and caused the game to carsh multiple times so any help solving this bug?? i can do anything even modification of my phone system if it requires me for the game to work...
note : i have downloaded all the assets so nothing is missing!
