Log in, Multiple Devices

I’m trying to login to the game using my archosaur account on my iPad, using the same account that I use on my iPhone. Every time I try I get a message that states: Your the selected account has been connected to another game progress, please reconnect with a different one. It is possible to log in to multiple devices correct?
