one more problem

I forgot to mention I cant take screen shots on my laptop, the f12 just does nothing nor does the print screen, Its a compaq anyone else have problem or solution?

I believe you need to press the 'Function Key' (FN) + F12.
Also, make sure you're running the game as administrator.
