Very simple troubleshooter for the most common problems that seem to come up on the technical support forums.

If you encounter a problem that is not listed, please PM me and I will try to find a solution or contact a GM on your behalf for a solution then update the troubleshooter with the new error.

If there is a common error that I have not listed, please let me know and I'll update.

I can't even enter the website plz help..I've already turned off firewall and nothings happen..Need help here..

um... must be something with my web host I guess :/ www.dr-ck.com doesn't work either I assume? There should be no blocks from my end (or none that I personally set). Someone else has reported this problem too.

Anyone that are better with web protocols can fix this problem? :S

For now try using a proxy to access it, that should work.

I was able to access your http://www.dr-ck.com/CK/Troubleshoot/tr ... ooter.html with no problem. I think it's may be his isp or he just needs to clear his Temp Internet Files/Cookies. Somtimes that's the source of my internet problems... Or My crappy isp is acting up

yeah, it's probably IP based because other people have PMed me about not being able to access the site too Could be that the host is blocking certain IP ranges or something but I'm not sure because there's not much related between the people who told me they can't access the site.
