Huge delay and lag spikes

After patch, I get some huge delay (2 - 4 secs), and frequent lag spikes.
This is even with WTFast tunneled at Montreal, Quebec.

Never had this issue before.
Please verify.

It happened to me before the patch, but now it stopped. Maybe it's location problem.

I don't access to the pc atm but I can tell you im still had that lag before I logoff

Yes we're all three from Malaysia.
There's also another Malaysian facing the same problem in game.
