F12 hotkey

A few weeks ago burned the hd of one of my notebook. Some days ago I installed dr in a new system. But the F12 shortcut does not take images,.
I use this notebook windows 7 ultimate. I tried for 32bit 64 bit but nothing.
Does anyone have any idea what might have happened? never saw that before.

Have you solve this issue yet? The F12 shortcut never worked on my computer. I couldn't take any images at this moment.

Hi GMSignPainter,
Im using Windows 7 Home Premium on my computer.
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Not sure whether those are the infor you need? Sorry Im not that good with computer.

Do you have the folder "MyScreenshot" in your game's directory?

I had a look. Yes I do have the folder "MyScreenshot" in my game's directory.

I have some more information:
Yesterday, after server maintenance.
I turned on my computer---> turned on auto click (downloaded from the forum) ---> ran update.exe as administrator ---> game updated, logged in the game ---> Tried press F12, worked successfully, but found auto click not working ---> logged out game, closed game completely ---> closed auto click completely ---> re-opened auto click ---> re-opened game, re logged in the game ---> found auto click was working, but F12 hotkey not working again.
later I tried to run the game only without auto click program, but F12 hotkey was still not working.
Can you figure out anything from the infor above?
