Failed to log in... Fully patched...

cannot log in no matter what i do or how many times i try. Server status is online. My client is up to date and fully patched, as i have run the updater and it say no further updates needed. is there anything i am missing? i opened a support ticket as well and they have not even responded... so i'm looking to the forums for help. HELP ME PLEASE!!! i miss this game.
