Raja points?

I purchased Raja points 2 hours ago and the points are not in my inventory. Does anyone know where I have to go to receive them, or how long i have to wait?

Heading from town center to the north west, you will find the guy after passing the guild house.
Try to check on the help page, it has much more info you want to know.
