I found that every time I restart or open the game, all the options (like volume) and short cut keys set are reverted to the default values.
I checked about that in the official changelog, it should be fixed iirc:

Client not saving hotkeys or spells (due to client failing to make the needed files)

So what's the problem? Thanks for the help.

If you are using Windows Vista/7/8, you need to run the game as Administrator.
