hiho, i just get back to the game and wanted to get back my old char so tried to restart password, i give the ID and the email adress which the acc was created, corectly writen captcha and system sayd smthing like "u will get email with instructions" .... but i didnt get it :/ may someone look on it ?

If you are sure you did not receive the e-mail (check your spambox) and are sure you are checking the e-mail the account was actually registered with, please make a ticket at http://dragonraja.eu/support so we can take a closer look at it.
