Restart Password Problem

hiho, i just get back to the game and wanted to get back my old char so tried to restart password, i give the ID and the email adress which the acc was created, corectly writen captcha and system sayd smthing like "u will get email with instructions" .... but i didnt get it :/ may someone look on it ?

problem with password solved xD i find papeer with passwords xD
