another lagging war

04 00 server time local war become extreamly lag once again, and i believe vys have no lag at all, while yllse everyone facing extream lag, i hope gm can investigate if they anyone using hack tools or edit sprite.
here the player i suspicious using hack tools
Eclwin d1 warrior
Rabbits D4 archer
i dun have lag until they came to kill me, my screen become freeze suddenly, hope GMSpherix or GMSP will look into this case, not the first time

Kael play from Malaysia so you can say he have isp problem, but I do play from Argentina and also suffer extreme lag, needed to do right click many times on floor to cast skill while my ping never jump! I mean, ping still like normal but game turns like trying to swim into a gelatin world.
While I seen that Rabbit cast about 6 extreme fire, I was only able to cast one even if recast skill.
Not acussing them, just giving out my experience. Check whats the problem please. Thank you
