my char is bugged for one month and i am waitting . and can anyone explain to me what happend if the ticket can't solved in one month .should i keep waitting or what should I do ? i feel helpless

bugged . d3-d4 quests almost finished 18 , then during the last event , I went hege and npc showed me i only finished 1 .
wt can i do , i spend 1 month to do quests , and spend other 1 to wait .

actually it has been so long period , i don't remember how many quests i have finished . i think gm can cheak the record . and fix it , however , i am thinking if this bug cannot be fixed . then wt should i do , maybe be a example for the others , that is “ please do not do any thing during the event . forget about quests dual class ”
