Cant memorize magic

everytime i set up and memorize those magics,
they will be gone after i relog.
I have no idea wt's happening

mouse 2 on DragonRaja, click "Run as administrator".

Is there a file with your character name in the folder \Character\ ? If there is not, then you likely do not have the correct permissions to let the game make that file. (It's where those settings are stored).
If there is such file, delete it so the game can re-create it.
