I downloaded the game client and then the full patch. once i extract the Dragonrajafile and i get an error massage saying "The program can't start because ij11.dll is missing from your comupter. Try reinstalling the program to fish this problem."
Not sure what that means. Anyone know what i need to do ?

It seems your installation didn't go as planned, the .dll you describe as missing, should be in the root directory of the game. Try reinstalling the game, and make sure you do this with administrator privileges.
