Updater not in files

I downloaded Dragon Raja
looked for the Updater File inside the Dragon Raja Folders and
Nothing but
Launch
or
Uninstall
Won't let me download patches either because they are currently unavailable
can anyone help?

It also says
This application has failed to start because ijl11.dii was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
on the patcher i found in the forums
