Minor issue (might just be me)

I feel like there is a long delay (ms) when I click on a target and when my knife is thrown (thief). Is this a connection issue? I live in Canada with an internet connection of 4.78 mbps. Or maybe it's just me?

i think at 4.78 mbps that would be you, isnt that dial up speed?

Nope, it's not just you. Looks like most people outside Europe are having this delay as well.

4.78mbps is more than good enough for ANY game.
But may I ask you what is your upload speed and do you have limited bandwidth usage per month?
There is an issue with you being in Canada that's for sure but maybe you have bandwidth or upload speed problems aswell.
