too many login requests

im getting this and cant enter the map
it logins, i choose char, but when i try to enter the map i get the error and back to login screen.

I'm having the same problem but when I try to login with the old char and not the new .... different from the old, he logs in good
well and now I deleted the new character and tried to log .... and has the same problem
