PW Problem.

So, my neighboor stopped play, he gave me his char. It's an SW char, but he dun log for maaany months, I need to reset pw like GM Team said, but he dun have the email anymore. I just have the ID acc and his new email. How can we solve this problem ?

A ticket with some proof of ownership is required: secondary password or IP match the most common
