I have Norton from the Comcast website. I'll try reinstalling DR to see if that works. If not I'll try and figure out how to reinstall my keyboard drivers. I'll get back to you guys.

Thanks for all the possible solutions btw, they're much appreciated.

redownloading DR didn't work.

Gonna try the keyboard drivers now.

try disable your anti virus, norton always suck.

just tried that and that didn't work either.

I think I'll just take it to a computer repair shop in the near future. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working.......

I read that article and unistalled my Constant Guard and now everything works fine.
